You will also play a critical role in educating patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. This position requires a registered nursing license and experience in case management, oncology, cardiology, or another relevant specialty. Certification as a Nurse Navigator or in a related field is preferred but not required.
